Best Laptop for the cheapest price?

I’m going to college next year, so I’m going to be needing a laptop. The price range I’m looking for is around 200-400, preferably around 300. I’ll be using it mainly to do school work, but I’m also planning to use programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, After Effects, and maybe even Finale or Cubase. So, I’ll be needing a fast, upgradeable laptop. Any suggestions?
